A properly working and accessible, fresh water hose connection must be provided for service to occur. Clean Steam Carpet Cleaning is not liable for leaks or any damage a water source may cause.

Vacuuming must be done prior to arrival. Any areas not thoroughly vacuumed will incur additional charges.
Clean Steam Carpet Cleaning does not move furniture and any furniture moving during appointment will be subject to additional room charges.

Clean Steam Carpet Cleaning shall not be liable for any shrinkage, rippling, discoloration, color loss, lifting or separation at edges, seams or transition areas, dye running, loose or missing grout, nor for the failure to remove stains of any kind on carpet, rugs, upholstery, tile/grout, concrete, or linoleum surfaces. Clean Steam Carpet Cleaning shall not be liable for any damage to customer's property due to moving furniture on to wet carpet.

All invoices are due upon receipt and must be paid by 6pm MST on day of service and late fees will begin to accrue if payment is not made within 24 hours, unless payment arrangements were agreed upon prior to scheduling service. A minimum of $30 will be assessed for any check returned as non-collectable.

Customers will be liable for all costs of collection and other legal action, including attorney's fees and court costs. A minimum fee of $130 will be collected on all service calls. 3% processing fee will be added for all credit card transactions. A $35 cancellation fee will be collected for any cancellation within 24 hours.
